SNOWMAN is the story of Kevin Fogolin, an avalanche consultant specializing in mitigating the threat of avalanches by preemptively triggering them with bags of explosives deployed from a helicopter. Kevin’s dream world, however, comes crashing down when one of these missions goes horribly wrong. As the helicopter slams into the mountain, Fogolin knows he is going to die. Through an unexpected series of events he survives and in the aftermath achieves the life he and his best friend dreamt of as kids. Set in British Columbia’s rugged Coast Mountain Range, SNOWMAN is a tale of friendship, passion, risk, and redemption.
